howcome in every movie ive ever seen its always in summer or spring when the zombies attack does snow slow them down or freeze them solid

Yeah it does. Cold weather can freeze them, effectively preserving them for next spring. Hot damp weather has the opposite effect, it speeds up the decomposure.

well the reason they dont make it in winter is it would be boring just walking around and hitting them in the head then waiting for them to defrost and die
