If the government decided to use bombs to eliminate the undead during an outbreak i would...
Probably be okay do to my location. Living in an area close to forest and tundra terrain I would probably be there. Judging that i can stick to my escape plan.
What would you do?

fly in the air and stare at it until it cracks...and then when that doesnt work id use my spartan shield and when that doesnt work id hide in my bunker

If that happened here, I could easily drive out to the desert to escape the majority of the payload. There is also an abandoned bunker out there that is a huge rave location now, but it seems too obvious. So chances are it would be swarming with people by the time I got there.
Basically if it rains bombs, my best defense is an umbrella. My terrain doesn't offer much cover aside from a few large rock outcroppings here and there.

Haha you its ironic how you mention "Umbrella" when in Resident evil they bombed the f**k out of Raccoon City lol. If that happened i'd look at my chances. IF i could make it out in time, i'd drive out here into the canyon of huentitan and chill there. Its outside our city and very badass and cool to camp out. If i can't make it and the bombs are coming...i'd do my best to live but ultimately get Laid before i go out lol.

Nice nice. lol since I live in a desert, everything here is pretty flat. There are a couple canyons, but ultimately they are too far for me to reach on short notice. I suppose my best bet would be one of those rock outcroppings I mentioned. But to be honest, chances are if they too were hit by the bombs, I would be protected from the blast just fine.....only to be crushed by the rocks themselves.
So, now that I think about it more, I would be better off just staying away from potential targets altogether. Pretty much anything out in the desert flatlands would be ignored, since any undead would dry up and bake before they reached another populated area anyway. Thanks for pointing out the irony of my umbrella reference though, I didn't even realize that until you mentioned it! haha.

Haha! Really! I see "umbrella" even in stores and my face makes a slight frown like the Marge in the Simpson's "Mmmmm" But yes, here in our city the terrain is very crazy. Here's a set view of my city in a 3D scale. As you can see the canyon isn't too far from the City which will make a good place to chill out. There are other places to chill out to as you will see. Here it is: Click to view large!

LQTM nice ways to survive. I unfortunately have no canyons around me but as i explained the forest around my city is HUGE so it offers much hiding areas.

Well if the goverment tried to bomb where i'd live... i'd be screwed either way cause i live on a tiny island named Hawaii and pretty much all bombs made in this year would completly decimate everything around me

Like ive said before, drive to the marina, "Borrow" a boat (if i dont have time to load ours up on the trailer) and drive out to a oil-rig. sounds like a plan, yeah? ;D

Quite a plan, but what is your plan b? what if you get to the rig and find it over run?

Plan B's are always recommended, especially when the outbreak is already in advancing stages.

You can never enact a plan without a back-up plan. And Oil rigs may work but, as stated in the zombie survival guide, They are only temporary shelters and are not always the safest.
