One of the most likely is Filonecrosis
"Filonecrosis Filonecrosis is a member of the Filoviridae family, along with the Ebola Virus and the Marburg Virus. Filoviridae are viruses that cause severe hemorrhagic fever, causing bleeding from every orifice of the body. Necrosis is a condition characterized by the death of cells and living tissue. Whereas Ebola is characterized by incapacitating the internal organs and causing them to die while the patient bleeds from the inside out, Filonecrosis is almost the opposite, causing the lymphatic system to fail before the internal organs do, and causing the skin to turn black or grey, rot, and slough from the infected victim. A person with this condition is extremely contageous, as the entire outside of their body is essentially covered in the virus, however the person isn't especially violent, though may be suffering from extreme shock as their face and eyes begin to die and rot out while they are still able to walk around. The primary danger here is that infection will cause mass hysteria, overreaction, and possible dangerous or irrational behavior from infected individuals that may lead to further infection."

Trioxin (AKA 2-4-5 trioxin) is a fictional nerve agent usually yellowish or whitish vapor, typically stored under pressure in large steel drums. It was originally developed by the fictional Darrow Chemical Company for the United States military as an herbicide to destroy marijuana plants; however, the Army was quite surprised when the gas also restored function to the nervous systems of cadavers, dismembered body parts, and even dead animals and insects. Moreover, trioxin appears to be toxic, and a single exposure to a concentrated amount can both kill a person and revive them again.

Captain Trips fictional virus
A deadly, flu-based virus. Created as a biological weapon codenamed Blue. Causes a lethally high fever and is highly contagious. So deadly because as the body fights off the disease, it mutates into different strains of influenza, making immunity next to impossible. Also called Super-Flu

The full name for a virus most commonly referred to Lyssa X or Rabies X. The ultimate rabies virus, with an incubation period of only a few days, rather than a few months. A member of the Lyssavirus Genus along with rabies, Lyssa X is a biohazard nightmare. Those diagnosed with Lyssa X will feel extremely violent. You will not be able to do much expect become a threat to others.

G-Virus
According to the series timeline, it was developed by Birkin after its basis was discovered in the mutated body of Lisa Trevor. She had displayed an unexpected immunity to the NE-α parasite that they tested on her, and Birkin and his associates found what would become the G-Virus as the cause of this immunity. It turned out that the G-Virus was a mutation of the Progenitor virus she had originally been infected with, that arose by absorbing all the other mutagens she had been given. Birkin received approval from Umbrella to begin studying the virus, and completed his work on it in 1998. However, due to disagreements with his superiors, he decided to keep the research to himself and made a deal with the US military to extract him. In response, Umbrella sent their Special Forces Unit to steal his research and virus samples. The unit shot Birkin and left him for dead, but while dying, he injected himself with a sample of the virus, and mutated. He tracked the USFU team to the sewers, and during the ensuing onslaught, several G and T-virus vials were dropped, causing the city-wide infection, spread through rodents. However, HUNK, the lone survivor of the team, was able to escape and deliver the virus to Umbrella.
The mutations induced by the G-Virus tend to be extremely volatile. Unlike the T-Virus, the mutations caused by the G-Virus occur much faster, and continue as long as the host is active, even lacking external stimuli, though they are more rapid and substantial when the host is wounded. Also, the G-Virus possesses none of the necrotizing properties that the T-Virus is known for. The virus is transmitted through implantation or ingestion, rather than physical contact. It can only be accepted fully by hosts with a suitable genetic makeup, specifically a blood relative. However, it can also partially infect others by implantation of G-embryos, producing severe mutations that culminate in the host being able to release further G-embryos. Hosts, called G-mutants, create their offspring by orally implanting small, parasitic organisms into a living host through the palm of their hand. If the host is compatible, the embryo begins to pupate and assimilate the host's body, turning them into a mutant of immense strength. If the host is incompatible, the embryo will rapidly grow inside the host's body, and will burst from their chest in a matter of minutes. They will then quickly mutate into their adult form and search for another host.
Though the G-Virus is a somewhat useful tool for transhumanism purposes, it is inefficient as a bio-weapon, due to its poor communicability. However, it is more aggressively contagious compared to the T-Virus, which does not actively seek to infect others.
The G-Virus can be cured by DEVIL, an experimental vaccine. However, the vaccine is only effective during the initial stages of an impregnation-induced infection, before the embryos gestate.

Krippin Virus (KV)
A genetically reengineered measles virus originally created as a "miracle cure" for cancer, but mutated into a lethal, highly-pathogenic strain. KV has a 90% mortality rate; less than 1% of humans are immune. Two transmission vectors for the pathogen are inhalation and infected blood, with two corresponding immunity profiles. Infected humans who did not die began exhibiting early symptoms of rabies and degenerated into a state driven by rage. A major symptom is that the adrenal glands are "permanently open", giving victims increased strength, speed and agility but also a faster metabolism. This results in increased body temperature, heart rate, and breathing speed, making those infected hyperventilate constantly. Pupils became permanently dilated and skin became hypersensitive to UV radiation, forcing infected hosts into a nocturnal life cycle. Loss of body hair is another symptom. Non-humans such as rats and dogs are also susceptible to KV. They are sensitive to blood. These infected are similar to vampires.

T-Virus originally developed by Umbrella corporation started as a simple cure for the creator's daughter. Everything changed however when the Umbrella corporation stole the chemical from the creator and used it for bioweaponary purposes.
The Tyrant virus allegedly operates similarly to most other viruses, but also has the abilities to animate dead tissue, to substantially mutate its host, and to infect nearly any tissue in any type of host. It animates dead tissue by killing and replacing any mitochondria in infected cells, and then combining with these cells to produce enough energy for motor and lower brain functions. By doing this, most of the body's systems, such as the circulatory or respiratory systems, are made redundant. However, this process has the drawback of severe necrosis in the host, and produces the distinctive rotted appearance of most BOWs. The mutations are produced when the virus incorporates itself into the host's RNA and considerably alters it. Creatures with genetic structures different than humans generally show less severe mutations, and usually only increase in size. As a side effect of the virus' consumption of its host, specifically its digestion of the host's frontal lobes, all hosts suffer from greatly increased aggression. The virus also damages the hypothalamus, which results in a flood of neurotransmitters, enzymes, and hormones which induce a psychopathic rage and hunger in the host. It is stated by Dr. Issacs in Resident Evil: Extinction that the hunger for flesh is nothing more than a craving, and infected hosts do not require it for substanance.

Motaba
A deadly, virulent virus from the jungles of Zaire. Early stages resemble the flu, with pink eyes, coughing and fever. In later stages, the fever rises as high as 108, and victims seize violently, break out in skin lesions and bleed internally, causing a dark rash on the skin. Motaba incubates in 24 hours and kills in 48. The virus is 100% fatal. There is an airborne strain of Motaba. There is no treatment, but a large outbreak in a small California town was stopped when antibodies were taken from a carrier.

(From The Zombie Survival Guide)
Solanum is described as working by traveling through the bloodstream from the point of entry to the brain, where the virus replicates all cells in the frontal lobe, while destroying them. All bodily functions cease during this period, including respiration and heartbeat. The infected individual eventually is in a coma during this period and awakens as a zombie. The zombie will not need air, food, water, or even a heart to live. Their one and only goal will be to find and infect other individuals and the only way to stop that is to destroy the brain or remove the head. If the zombie is decapitated, the head still remains a threat.
The symptoms occur in this order. The timeline may be several hours off, depending on the size, number and location of the bites, and the composition of the victim.
Hour 1- Pain and discoloration of the infected area. Immediate clotting of the wound.
Hour 5- Fever between 99 F. and 103 F. Chills, slight dementia, vomiting, and acute pain in the joints.
Hour 8- Numbing of extremities and infected area, increased fever from 103 F to 106 F. increased dementia, loss of muscular coordination
Hour 11- Paralysis in the lower body, overall numbness, slowed heart rate
Hour 16- Coma
Hour 20- Heart stoppage, zero brain activity
Hour 23- Reanimation
Solanum is 100% communicable and 100% fatal. Contact with infected blood or saliva always result in infection. Ingestion of infected flesh results in permanent death unless the victim has open mouth sores. Solanum is fatal to any and all creatures, however humans are the only ones who will reanimate. Parasitic insects such as mosquitoes reject infected hosts 100% of the time. All animals will instinctively run, swim or fly away from zombies.

NAM37
A highly contagious airborne virus which has been stolen from a government biological warfare laboratory. Its early symptoms include a rash, and it is quickly fatal. It is not clear in the film whether the virus was supposed to have been harvested from the wild (such as Ebola) and then grown as a weapon, or whether the laboratory first engineered it in some way. In the film, the leader of a local militia has obtained both the virus and what he believes to be a vaccine for it, and decides to start an epidemic with the virus, believing that he will be safe because he has taken the vaccine. A local doctor of Indian (Native American) ancestry fights to find a cure for it.

Corprus
Corprus causes incredible mutations in humanoids, but it is an almost non-communicable disease. People infected with blight are often sent to a special institution called the Corprusarium, which was made for researching corprus. Corprus is caused by the volcanic ash that emanates from Red Mountain, but, as a positive side effect, grants 100% disease immunity. The only known antidote is proven to destroy corprus, but ends up killing the victim as well. However, the player is able to take the antidote without any adverse effects, presumably because he is the reincarnation of the demi-god Nerevar.

People need to understand that these viruses are fatal. They are very lethal and dangerous hands. But anyway i need to know any locations in the Chicago land area where these viruses can be created or be released.
